Looking for a holiday getaway with memories that will last for years to come? “The Watch” is perfect for romantic escapes, couples or small groups.

Located just meters from the glistening blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The 180 degree views from the second story deck are breath taking, while sipping cocktails you can see as far as Fremantle, Rottnest Island and Hillarys Boat Harbour, watch the boats and yachts sailing by and if you’re lucky you may spot a whale breaching or a pod of dolphins playing.

Level two:
The spacious master suite opens out to a quaint Juliet balcony and viewing deck, featuring a king size bed and an elevated double spa bath – what better way to enjoy watching the sunset than relaxing in the spa bath with a glass of champagne in hand.
If needed the king size bed can be converted into two king singles (see pictures).
Also located on this level is a business study nook, powder room and a second single bedroom with a king single bed and ocean views!

Level one:
Downstairs is open plan.
Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances including a microwave and fridge with cold water and ice making function.
Dining to accommodate 6 people
68-inch TV and lounge that converts to a double sofa bed.
Bathroom and toilet
Separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer
A tranquil quiet space rear garden with an outdoor shower featuring hot and cold running water for when you return from swimming, snorkelling, surfing etc.

The Coastline:
This property not only metres from the waters edge, its located on a 6km coastal strip with inshore reefs, quiet sandy bays; ideal for walking, cycling, swimming, snorkelling, surfing and more.
An easy walk to local cafes and restaurants. Hillarys Boat Harbour also has an excellent selection of shopping and dining, I recommend a drink at the Breakwater. From the harbour you can also catch the Ferry to Rottnest Island, go on a fishing charter or a whale watching cruise (whale watching is seasonal).

Pricing is for a single or couple of two, an additional charge of $50 per night will be added for any extra guests.
