- The entire "Green ground level apartment" room with ONE bedroom, ONE bathroom + small courtyard and communal laundry with washing machine & dryer.
- The green ground apartment is located next door to the orange ground apartment, there is a communal door which can be unlocked (upon request) between these two apartments to host larger groups.
- Communal laundry is shared and please abide by laundry guest rules which are listed in the laundry.
- Self check-in instructions will be available for you to access closer to your check-in date. - You can either have a lockbox check in or personal meet & greet (upon arrangement)

Walking is very easy and convenient for this property, however a bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and there is also either room at the property or at the shopping centre a few metres away to park your car.
- In the communal area of the property you can have access to 1 x portacot and 1 x highchair, if you need to use these during your stay, please let us know to book in advance as they are shared amongst all FOUR apartments.
- As the green apartment is located through the carport of the complex, you will have 1 x key to access the main front door to the complex so you can access the communal laundry on the first floor. A detailed guest handbook can be found inside the property which provides emergency details, local attractions & amenities, instructions, house rules and much more.
