Sunrise Retreat Our lovely 2 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. A fantastic kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious lounge area, outdoor patio area with table and chairs and BBQ, swimming pool (with solar heating and solar blanket), makes this an ideal retreat for couples and small families. The new home has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Attached but separate from our new home, Sunrise Retreat is completely self-contained with access to our stunning sparkling pool which is shared with our family and guests. There is a private patio area with gate to pool area. Sunrise Retreat has 2 spacious comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 singles, with the option of an additional camp bed or cot if required.

Benefiting from evaporative air conditioning throughout the home, the lounge area has two quality sofas, coffee tables, digital television, DVD player, desk, chair and light for working on your laptop. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and acrylic worktops, splash backs, a decent fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, (and additional fridge freezer in garage), kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and a large wardrobe. Bedroom two is fitted with two single beds, complete with bedside light and cabinets, and built in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin with large mirror, cabinet and toilet. Sliding glass patio doors lead from the main bedroom to a patio area with table and chairs and a barbecue to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool area.
Interaction with guests
We live just next door so are nearby if you need anything or any advice on the area. If Sunrise retreat is not available for the dates you are looking for, please see my other newly advertised property, "Birdsong" at the same location. The pool is shared with us and Birdsong's guests. It is a large sparkling 9 by 4 solar heated pool.
Getting there
Close to Wanneroo town centre and Dundebar road. Situated off of Garden park drive. See Whereis for more details. I will send directions with map screenshot from airport before arrival.
Fly to Perth International Airport. Car hire is available from the airport or try booking ahead for your trip. - Bayswater Car Rental are always very competitive and only a 5 minute taxi or shuttle bus from the airport which will save you money. There are local taxis available from the airport to the property.
About the area
Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing, as we share our garden and neighbouring grounds with parrots, galahs, and the cheeky little wagtails. Behind us are rural properties. If you would like to be close to town but with some rare space, peace and tranquility, look no further than sunrise retreat.
