This 4 bedroom home provides plenty of space for large family or friend groups to enjoy, with both comfort and style in abundance.
The open plan living is bright and modern, the kitchen stream-lined and fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is a dining suite for 6 (also a highchair) plus breakfast bar seating for 5. The lounge area has a comfortable modular sofa and TV and leads out onto the terrific covered deck. This overlooks the sparkling pool and the garden, perfect for pets*. The set-up lends itself perfectly to making special memories enjoying the company of friends or family.
Off the kitchen is the rumpus room or reading retreat, kitted out with plenty of books, toys, games, TV and DVD for your convenience. The children will be more than happy.
A more formal lounge, beautifully decorated, also with a TV sits off the entrance hall. So many options for relaxation!
The four bedrooms are similarly well appointed. The master suite is heavenly with a King bed, a modern ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, and a walk-in robe. Artworks, soft furnishings and lighting have all been carefully selected to deliver a beautiful space. The second, with a trendy exposed brick feature wall, has a Queen bed. The third is light and bright, containing 2 King singles, and the fourth, also with a brick feature wall and full width glass, has another ensuite. The third bathroom has a bathtub and shower, with a separate toilet next door.
A separate study area, should you need to attend to work demands, is sleek and modern, and the laundry is fully equipped for your needs.

This special home is set in a quiet suburban neighbourhood where people enjoy the beaches and nature walks. Enjoy a stroll through the Ocean Village Park to the beach and make the most of the stunning coastal and city views. Catch the sunset and wander to a local restaurant. The night markets at Scarborough Beach are a few minutes drive.
Locally you’ll find plenty of amenities. There’s a nearby IGA. Cafes and restaurants abound, particularly around Scarborough. The white sandy beach is patrolled and lit into the night and from early in the morning. The adjoining City Beach Park is popular for people visiting the beach looking to relax on the open lawn areas or enjoy various picnic and barbecue facilities. Play areas are dotted across the park and a long promenade connects to a northern boardwalk which links to Floreat Beach. Restaurants and cafes within the precinct provide a selection of dining options, with spaces including an amphitheatre popular for events and functions.
Further afield but only a short drive away are tennis and golf clubs, Jackadder Lake Reserve and playground, Herdsman Lake with its Discovery Centre and Reabold Hill with its summit lookout. If you enjoy nature, Bold Park offers plenty of trails and wildlife sighting opportunities.
